My good friend Jeff Kanipe is an astronomer and one of the nation's prominent authors on things astronomical. He lives in Maryland. You can find out more about his works which include scholarly articles and books on astronomy. Although Jeff is a brilliant astronomer, he always manages to write in language that is easily accessible for the common person, like me.

Veteran DJ Bill Goldsmith brings his experience in creating sets that segue well and expose you to great new music, no matter how hip you are.
There are a bunch of memorials in the Washington, D.C. area. Who knew? Actually, Marv has also discovered many of the areas memorials and other landmarks that feature Lee Lawrie's work, including his work at Harrisburg, and other places around the nation's capitol. Well worth a look!
